Data deletion

Trigword stores data only about comments that contain one of our campaign keywords (comment ID and text, post ID, Instagram username and scoped ID), and deletes it automatically 90 days after the comment.

To have it deleted sooner, write to contact@kodoga.com from any address and give your Instagram username. We delete everything linked to it within 30 days and confirm by email. Deleting your comment on Instagram does not delete our copy, so please write to us.

If you connected your Instagram account to our app and remove it from your Instagram settings (Settings, Website permissions, Apps and websites), Meta notifies us and we delete the data linked to your account automatically.
