Who we are
Trigword is operated by PF5 MANAGEMENT SERVICES - FZCO, a company based in Dubai (DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, P.O. Box 342001, Dubai, United Arab Emirates). It is responsible for the data described here. Contact: contact@kodoga.com.
What this service does
We use this service only on the Instagram professional accounts we own or manage. When you comment a campaign keyword (for example "HIGGS") under one of our posts, the service sends you one private message on Instagram with the link you asked for, and posts a short public reply under your comment. It uses the official Instagram API provided by Meta.
Data we process
- When your comment contains a campaign keyword: the comment ID, the comment text, the post ID, your Instagram username and the Instagram-scoped ID that Meta gives us for your account, and the date of the comment.
- When you open a link we sent: the date of the click, the country derived from the network connection, and the comment the link was sent for. We do not store your IP address and we use no cookies.
Comments that do not contain a campaign keyword are read through the Instagram API but are not stored.
Why we process it
To send you the message you asked for by commenting, to avoid sending the same message twice, and to count how many people open our links. The legal basis is your request (your comment) and our legitimate interest in running our Instagram account. We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising and we do not build profiles.
How long we keep it
Comment data is deleted automatically 90 days after the comment. Click counts are kept without any link to your comment after 90 days.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts the service and its database (Cloudflare Workers and D1).
- Meta Platforms, Inc., which operates Instagram and delivers the messages.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or object to its use, by writing to contact@kodoga.com. We answer within one month. See also how to delete your data.

Quand vous commentez un mot-clé de campagne sous l'un de nos posts Instagram, le service vous envoie un seul message privé avec le lien demandé et publie une courte réponse sous votre commentaire. Nous conservons l'ID du commentaire, son texte, l'ID du post, votre nom d'utilisateur et l'ID Instagram fourni par Meta, pendant 90 jours, pour éviter les doublons. Les commentaires sans mot-clé ne sont pas conservés. Les clics sur nos liens sont comptés sans adresse IP ni cookie. Hébergement : Cloudflare.
